Benchmark – Leaders and Followers

Write a paper that assesses the techniques and tools followers use to influence culture and support leaders in the creation and maintenance of organizational culture conducive to learning. Include the following in your paper: A discussion of how coaching and mentoring empower followers to exert influence in the culture. A discussion of how technology innovations can be used to further the work of coaching and mentoring leading to improved outcomes. A discussion of how followers support leaders to create and maintain a collaborative culture.
