For this project, I need a paper that describes the business decision, the data, and the summary. Be sure to cite any sources you use. I’m okay with MLA or APA, use what you are most comfortable with. Make sure you use appropriate headings to describe what each component is and appropriate tab names. This file should be in support of your paper. I would love to have one MS Word document, and one Excel file. Here is the detail of the assignment:
- Come up with an example business decision that needs to be made utilizing data. This can be a made-up scenario but should apply to a specific business/industry that you will describe in your paper.
- Determine what data you will need to inform your decision.
- Acquire or collect the data. You can use an existing openly available set of data for simplicity if you prefer.
- Describe your data and what tools you will need to use to analyze that data.
- Complete your analysis and summarize your results.
Also please provide a seperated short essay( 500 words) about:
- Make use of and reference at least two of the tools/concepts( such as one-sample or two-sample tests of hypothesis) and describe how each helps inform the decision.
- Include at least two graphs/charts made by you in Excel that help summarize the data.
- Make use of the concepts you learned above about data-driven decision-making.
