1-2 Journal: Reflecting on the Life Course

Instructions

For the first part of your journal submission, begin by considering the daily life of a typical 10-year-old child as compared to the daily life of a 21 year-old adult. What are some similarities or differences between these two individuals? Do you think they will become more similar or different as they age?

For the second part of your journal submission, consider the daily life of a 55 year-old as compared to the daily life of a 65 year-old adult. What are some similarities or differences between these two individuals? Do you think they will become more similar or different as they age? What are some challenges in discussing aging and wellness among the population of older adults (including those ranging in age from 55 to 100+)?

For the third part of your journal submission, reflect broadly on generational differences and health and wellness at any age; how might these differences manifest within the population of older adults?
