I would like you to do a little research on a case dealing with the legal doctrine of frustration of purpose. You may use a secondary source to begin this research by jumping on google scholar or using google as a search engine but afterwards, I would like you to actually pull the case from westlaw or unilexis and attach it to your homework assignment. After reading the case, you should include the following information. State the facts of the case (who, what, when, where), the issue of the case (what is the actual issue before the court? Hint: start with Whether ………). and the court’s holding of the case (what did the court decide?). Next, state whether or not you agree with the decision of the case and why. Hint: there is a very famous old English case on the doctrine of frustration of purpose which you may like to use for this assignment.
