After reading the case, you should include the following information. State the facts of the case (who, what, when, where), the issue of the case (what is the actual issue before the court? Hint: start with Whether ………). and the court’s holding of the case (what did the court decide?). Next, state whether or not you agree with the decision of the case and why.
