Many of us have bought things from Zappos in the past (perhaps via Amazon), although some of us might be less familiar with the company. However, we ALL have experience with organizational change of one kind or another.
Describe an organizational change that you experienced, participated in, or observed. You can describe your perspective as an employee, a customer, or an outside observer of some kind, but it should a change that you saw in a real organization.
After briefly describing the change itself, identify two different organizational behavior concepts that, from your perspective, played a role in how the change occurred. These could be any OB topics that your covered in your course (motivation, leadership, group dynamics, etc.), but try to explain clearly how and why these two topics play a role.
