Childhood bilingualism talks about the research conducted with children and infants who live in a bilingual environment the research test children on their ability to recognize their native language. The research could not be completely accurate without knowing how much exposure each child has or had for each of their languages. If a child is exposed to one language more than the other, one will be more dominant.
What are your thoughts on the pros and cons of teaching infants multiple languages? Pros becoming bilingual at an early age is easier infants and young children will be more beneficial later in life and they will be more fluent in both languages closes the gap on language barriers.
My daughter picks up on languages very easily she is now 18 and knows 4 different languages and wants to continue learning different languages to possibly become a liguest. I find it very beneficial most jobs in the area I lie require you to be fluent in English and Spanish this makes you more competitive in the workforce.
