you’ll be responsible for completing the activities definition list for that last 25% of the WBS. For the activities definition list, you basically take each step in the WBS that you are responsible for and write a few sentences detailing what that step requires. Examples of this are in Lecture 5, slides 5 and 6.
In addition, for each step that you do for the activities definition list, you will need to provide a ballpark time estimate, cost estimate, and resource requirements estimate. They should be reasonable,., you will just include them right after the step’s description in the activities definition list, like the example on Lecture 5, slide 17
