a) Design a set of forward and reverse primers that you could use to amplify region A. Write the sequences in the 5′ to 3′ direction. Primers are usually ~ 20 nucleotides long but here you can design primers that are only 6 nucleotides long for simplicity.
b) Underline the sequences in the figure that your primers are complementary to.
