you will be asked to complete two surveys containing a series of scenarios about various types of job offers. Surveys will be delivered via a link to an online survey system. The first survey includes three parts – a personality assessment, 9 job offer scenarios, and questions to assess the attractiveness of the job offer following each scenario. After completing the first survey (and it is verified), the link to the second survey will be made available approximately two days later for completion. This survey will contain 9 job offer scenarios and questions to assess the attractiveness of the job offer following each scenario.
