You receive a phone call from someone stating that they are a third-party contractor for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They are gathering demographic information for BC/BS and need for you to send Sally Hansen’s file. They give you the fax number, reiterate their name and that they are an approved contractor for BCBS.
