Framework (Conceptual or Theoretical)

For this Assignment, the description of your framework demonstrates your understanding the theories and concepts relative to your topic. The Framework should further align with the problem, purpose, research question(s) and supporting literature sections. This theoretical or conceptual framework is the basis for understanding, designing, and analyzing ways to investigate your research problem (data collection and analysis).

Assignment:

In this short writing assignment, you will provide a one- to two-paragraphs that contains the following information:

• Describe the framework that demonstrates an understanding of the theories and concepts relevant to your topic. Align the framework with the problem, purpose, research questions, and supporting literature sections of your study. Provide the original scholarly literature on the theory or concepts even if it is more than 5 years old. Please do not cite secondary sources.

Research Problem – Non-Profit Organizations have high turnover rates

Purpose – To determine if a shorter week (4-days) can improve work-life balance, decrease burnout and thus making non-profit employees stay with their organization.

Research Question – What effects can a 4-day workweek have on employees in a non-profit organization?
