Corporation to reduce quality defects.
Summarize how you will overcome organizational barriers and resistance
if you are authorized to implement these quality improvement
techniques.

Title page: one that includes your name, title of the report, date,
course code, and name of the course mentor
Introduction to the case analysis
Main body that clearly explains the analysis and details of the
problem-solving process used to identify the causes of the quality
issues and the recommendations for a solution. Remember that the case
study focus is on demonstrating competency in the TQM process.
Recommendations for the training and implementation of quality
improvement techniques, that is, a solution derived from a methodical
analysis of the issues noted
