You should work on methods which include, Risk Mitigation, Activities, Measurement and Evaluation and Human Subjects Research. These where you can look and understand them on (lecture 4 file) or if you face any difficulties to understand any of them, you may look to any proposal development in the internet (not recommended). There is no limit words for every section but the maximum pages for grand is 6 pages.
