Each of the four project memos is written to a different audience to provide an opportunity for you to build on your writing skills as an International HRL.
Writing effective memos as an International HRL requires understanding various stakeholders, their roles, and your relational position vis-à-vis their position and status. Therefore, each memo should be created realizing that as a Human Resource professional, you are:
- A consultant/motivator
- Working with diverse workforce (including subordinates and supervisors) from various nationalities, cultures, and sub-cultures
- Your written words must present your ideas clearly and respectfully, appropriate for the indented audience
