Be careful with proper vs. improper nouns. For instance, in the first paragraph logistics does not need to be capitalized.
Quite a few grammatical errors. Make sure to be mindful of subject verb agreement and verb tense.
For the economic factors and supply/ demand what are key factors when the organization/ industry is not faced with COVID? Your analysis on this section is heavily focused on COVID. Adding information on how economic factors “normally” impact the organization is recommended. For instance, do interest rates, material costs, consumer perception, income, inflation, unemployment, etc. impact your industry? Think back to basic economic factors. I didn’t see much discussion over supply and demand either. This section of your paper is very vague and too short.
You need to revise your threats. A threat is an external threat. For instance an economic downturn, new competitor, etc.
I didn’t see discussion over ethics in the industry and company.
Also, expand on the culture of the industry. You focused on the company but what is the culture of the industry.
Section 1 should be at least 5 pages, NOT including the Executive Summary. You will need to add at least 1 page of content to Section 1 for the final paper. I would suggest diving deeper into many of the topics.
