The culminating research project/paper for this course must demonstrate your comprehension, application, analysis, and integration of course work and current research on education for social change. The written paper must be purposeful work for the student.
Please keep in mind the assignment pertains to an Educational Institution like schools, so your answer should reflect the following :
The goal of this course is to assist you to hone techniques to promote imaginative and flexible change strategies. As you are aware, change involves knowledge, understanding, and commitment from administrators and cannot be construed as an event, but rather a process. Further, change involves working with a diverse group of people and striving to motivate others to muscle through change as it is needed. Leaders must work with a community.
To complete the assignment
To complete the assignment you are asked to write a synthesis paper that might address the following or related topics. The topics below are intended to provide an outline for your paper, however you are free to select/create headings which are most important to you.

Applying leadership principles that results in positive change
Length: 15 pages not including title and reference pages.
References: Minimum of 7 scholarly resources.
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your paper should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
