Write a Personal Credo in Essay

I need a 3 page personal credo in essay. For example: Who are you? From where do
you originate? What important life experiences have you had? That is
considered background info. Values and belief: What is important to you?
What do you value in yourself or others? Are there any specific values
and beliefs you hold and about whom and what do do you care about.
Strengths and weaknesses: What are your personal strong areas? In what
areas do you struggle? What opportunities are there for you to grow and
change? What threatens you from reaching your goals or growing? Future
Directions: What are your immediate goals, both personally and
professionally? Where do you hope to be in 10, 20 and 50 years from now?
What do you hope to achieve during life? I can use what you wrote but
these questions has to be answered and put in essay form. It’s based on
your life not just Psychology. That’s is what he is asking for. I will
