Compose a five paragraph essay that explains how to structure an essay. Give me a step-by-step process.
Be sure to follow all these guidelines:
· Single-space the memo essay. Length: 5 Paragraphs.
· Tentatively set margins for 1.13” all around.
· Do not indent memo paragraphs.
· Paragraphs must run 4-6 lines each.
· Separate memo paragraphs with one single space.
· Begin each paragraph with a clear and simple topic sentence (1 line max).
· Include a clear introduction with a focus on background.
· End your introduction with a short, underlined thesis statement (1 line max).
· Focus three body paragraphs on the three parts of an essay, in order.
· Underline the restated thesis that begins your conclusion (1 line max).
· Do not use any form of the word you.
· Do not use verbs in the command/imperative form.
· Use 12-point Times New Roman font.
· Edit & revise carefully
· Follow the formula for an academic essay.
· Include a single-spaced memo heading at the top of your essay.
· Skip a single space after the title, then begin the first paragraph.
