Background
Bachelors degree in arts of psychology obtained through Southwestern Professional College
Developed interest in the psychology field not only trying to understand my struggles with depression and anxiety but also working as a personal trainer for 10 years. I realized how many clients had underlying issues other then just fitness struggles such as depression, anxiety, childhood abuse, divorce, breakups, etc. Fitness was a form of therapy and I wanted to learn more about how to help my clients other then just teaching them how to workout. Also dove into the psychology field so I can understand my son after his recent autistic diagnosis and language expressive disorder diagnosis.
