• Option 1 – If you are an experienced worker, think of an idea you would like to implement
on your job such as ways to increase productivity, improve service, increase business, or

• Option 2 – If you are a full-time student, think about some change you would like to see on
campus. Perhaps you would like to promote something new such as changes in course
