A WBS of the tasks that must be accomplished to complete this project. Pick one activity on level 2 and decompose it so that the lowest level activities meet the six completion criteria.oA project schedule – network diagram, Gnatt chart, etc (or some combination). Estimate the length of time for each major activity; the important issue is parallel versus sequential tasks. (In MS Project the schedule and WBS are linked and you can submit them as one item but you will likely develop these two items in stages.)
