WLAC Week 4 Federal Bureaucracy and Chief Court Justice John Roberts Discussion

I’m working on a political science question and need guidance to help me learn.

1.  In your opinion is the Federal Bureaucracy too large and expansive?  Does it overreach too far into the affairs of business operations?  Or is the federal bureaucracy unfairly criticized and unappreciated for what it successfully carries out to make our society function from one day to the next?

2.  If you had a chance, which executive department or federal commission could you see yourself working for?  What makes this department (that you would choose to work for) important for society and relevant to your professional interests?

Submit a video about a current Supreme Court justice whose constitutional approach you largely agree with.  It can be an interview or just a video about the justice.

2.)  Summarize the video

3.)  What is it about this justice’s constitutional approach do you find appealing?  Is this justice a “broad” or “strict” constructionist?  An advocate for “judicial activism” or “judicial restraint?”
