Please discuss the highlighted topic

Conduct a literature review using the University’s Library on de-escalation, crisis intervention, and negotiation strategies/techniques used in the correctional system. Each team member should locate at least 2 articles.

Write a summary of each article in at least 125 words. Share the summaries with your teammates.

As a team, create one annotated bibliography.

Individually, write a 175-word reflection on which strategy/techniques you feel most comfortable with and which you feel least comfortable with, and explain why.

Submit the team’s annotated bibliography (which is all the summaries formatted appropriately) and each member’s reflection.

This is an internship class. Student is doing internship at agency Comhar in the case management department for adults.

Part I  Question:

Why is it important to invest in mental health services? How does the lack of proper investment affect our communities?

Part I:

Respond to the following in a minimum of 250 words: 

·       When would you use negotiation techniques with inmates?

·       What types of techniques would you use?

·       How might these techniques be beneficial?

To earn full points, your initial response to the DQ should:
