Memorandum is very detailed and specific. All of the steps to construct your house.

Do NOT use personal pronouns (I, it, we, you, he, she, they, them, their, etc.)

List Skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, Heating-Ventilation and Air Conditioning *HVAC) The skilled trades will have their tools. The supplies that are needed still need to be identified.

Required – updated construction schedule for your house.

Required – List action items needed to complete the PROJECT FINAL REPORT.
