Paper format should be Author/Date Chicago/Turabian style. I’ve attached additional information that contain details, background information, and a sample of what the paper should look like.
Additional Information about the organization.
Rates for VA, Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay Patients.
PCP/Hmkr Services: We make $20 per hour, most visits are 2 hours. We pay the employees who cover these visit types $12 per hour.
CNA services: We make $30 per hour, most visits are 2 hours. Most of our CNA employees make between $16-$20 per hour.
Nursing (RN or LPN): We make $143.40 per hour (1 hour or less). Most visits are less than 1 hour. We pay our RN’s $55 per hour and or LPN’s $42.50 per hour.
Therapy (Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy): $168 per visit. We pay between $60-80 per visit (this depends on if the therapist does the visit or the assistant).
Additional payor sources could consist of United Health Care, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We do not know their pay structure.
Staffing challenges have to do with the increase traffic due to the growing economy in Colorado, as well as the cost of living, gas, etc.
