what is the relationship between income and education level in Texas?

MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL–I need help performing all of the necessary statistical analyses in Excel so that I write a report that summarizes the data in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet includes population data in Texas counties during previous election years. I am analyzing the correlation between the median household income (the criterion, or dependent variable) and the percentage of the population without college degrees (the predictor, or independent variable). I used a third variable ( the percentage of the population that is nonwhite) to further split the counties into 4 sub-groups: majority white with income higher than the mean income, majority white with income less than the mean, majority non-white with income higher than the mean, and majority non-white with income less than the mean. I have already done the descriptive statistics, and single sample confidence intervals for the mean and variance. I still I need single-sample and 2-sample hypothesis tests, a 2-sample confidence interval, ANOVA tests, and a correlation analysis to finish. I will attach the files. Please look at the rubric to see what sections I need done. I have already done 1-3 and only 4a. I need 4b and all of 5-7 in the rubric completed in the excel.
