Spectrum Health recognizes the strong interconnection between human, social and environmental health. To deliver on our mission to improve health, inspire hope and save lives, we must purposefully choose actions that make a positive, sustainable impact on people, our environment, and the social and economic health of the communities we serve. As Spectrum Health enters an integration agreement with Beaumont Health it is necessary to establish a unified structure around these disciplines as a combined organization.
Creatie of a comprehensive supplier management program structure, governance, and strategy, and present to senior leaders.
Incorporate leading practices in these disciplines, identify points for consideration as a combined organization, and exposure to merger and acquisition due diligence practices and create value for the organization by improving the performance, resiliency, sustainability, and diversity of our supplier network.
