Using the website ProCon.org explore the question as to whether the legal drinking age should be lowered from 21 to 18 years of age. For this assignment I want you to first provide two of the compelling arguments on the site that support lowering the legal age, and two compelling arguments to retain the current age at 21. For this part of the assignment I want you to convert the in-text citation from the IEEE format to the APA format. You can cut and paste the material and change the IEEE citation to the APA format. On the ProCon website the issues have been well researched and each of the arguments has been put into a summary format for your convenience. However, for each of the positions you state I want you to provide a citation for the Primary Source of the information gathered.
