As students, you will research 3-5 diets and understand the scientific arguments to the particular diets selected as well as provide your own opinion. Further investigate the areas of the world that have individuals living past 100 years of age and share their secrets to longevity.  This assessment should discuss diets in detail with examples of failures and successes. From your research create a one day menu, complete with correct portion sizes.
