Pharmacy Receipt Form Pharmacy Report Description: When you click on the “Edit Receipt” button you will be able to change the information in the Receipt. Any of the fields on the label can be edited and the information input will be done by whoever is in charge of the prescription receipts at the pharmacy. When you click on the “Delete Receipt” button the receipt will be deleted. When you click on the “Save Receipt” button the edits that were made will be saved. When you click on the “Print Receipt” button the receipt will be printed. Errors could occur because of human error when editing the receipt. This should be prevented by having the receipts be proofread.
