Conduct market research for an organization chosen by the members of the Learning Team. The purpose of the research is to explore reliable websites available online.
Resources available include the Department of Labor the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the statistical abstract of the United States Census as well as any industry reports available that are nonproprietary. You may use charts and graphs to support the analysis.
Write a 1,250 to 1,700-word market analysis, in which you address the following:
·A discussion of labor trends for your organization’s market. (Stephanie you have intro also – 250 words)
·Salary structure and compensation packages. (Nicholas – 200 words)
·An employment forecast (and/or employment trend analysis). (Ashley – 200 words)
·An assessment of the availability of qualified labor in the workforce. (Dee – 200 words)
·A description of appropriate tools to use for forecasting, pricing, and labor market analysis for your organization. (Dee – 200 words)
·Projections with statistics that support your analysis. (Melissa – 200 words)
·Potential external pressures that your corporation may face in the next three years based upon this data. (Dennis you have conclusion also – 250 words)
Format assignment consistent with APA guidelines, including headings, in-text citations, and references. Write in third person. Use as many sources to support the work as necessary; the textbooks are not enough. Each LT member should review and edit the assignment or ask the assigned member to edit the assignment.
