Visit the Kaplan Library: Limit your search results to the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. Do a search for the word “staff” within the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Your search should return a number of articles. Review the titles to find a topic that is of interest to you. Read the article. Then in your Discussion Board post, do the following:
- Briefly discuss the intervention and how it was used to change the behavior of the staff.
- Identify if the intervention was effective, and if so, to what degree.
- Discuss how you could see using this intervention with a completely different population (i.e., students, your children, family members, clients with exceptional needs, etc…).
- Remember to cite the article appropriately in your discussion post. Please do not duplicate articles discussed by your classmates
