- Develop a resistance training exercise plan.
Introduction
Welcome to Week 3! This week, you will focus your attention on the benefits of muscular strength and endurance training. You will study the principles of resistance training as well as various forms of equipment and exercises. You will create a video demonstration of various exercises for this week’s discussion (be sure to allot sufficient time at the beginning of your week to create the demonstration). Next, you can test your knowledge by assessing a sample client’s strength and endurance status. Finally, you will be able to develop a resistance training plan for your client.
