Effective human resources professionals have a solid understanding of
the changing nature of work and the workplace. Compare and contrast the
evolution of work and the workplace over the past 20 years and how it
has impacted human resources. Consider aspects such as technology,
ethical behavior, workforce demographic changes, employment laws, etc.
