I need an explanation for this English question to help me study.
As we start to head into Module 3, I want you to think about how you communicate with people.
- Have you ever been so mad at what someone else said that you responded in writing?
- Or, have you ever like something someone else said so much you wrote them to tell them about it?
You might have written your response on a social media platform, or you could have written a strongly worded text, or it could have been an email or a letter.
I’d like you to tell us about that piece of writing. You don’t have to tell us about the content, but you can tell us about the method.
- What was the tone you used?
- Were you agreeing/disagreeing (or both) with the other person (or group, or company, or govt. official, or etc.)?
- Did you type it up in a fit and send it right away, or did you think on it for a while?
- Did you refer to what the other person said as you crafted your response?
If you’ve never written anything in response to someone else:
- Have you seen anyone else do it? how did they respond?
