Review the plan, and provide the class with a brief summary of plan

- Background, and why is this waterbody important?
- What is the goal of the watershed plan?
- What is the approach they propose to use to solve the problem? The ‘problem’ can be protection (proactive) rather than remediation (reactive)
- Do you think the plan is reasonable? What are the strengths and weaknesses?
