What is a “Teach Back”?
- Deep dive into a topic where the key information is distilled into a short, clear and concise lesson
- Technique is used a lot in healthcare, but is also used in industries like construction and other trade skills
- Successful teach-backs transfer knowledge from one person to the next
- Tend to include best practices, tips/tricks, examples, and/or how-to-guides
