Client Patricia is a 39-year-old who has a history of polycystic ovary disease and is currently overweight. She is ready to start a family and has been trying to conceive for fourteen months. Her husband has a teenage son from a previous relationship, but he would like at least one child with her. She is becoming frustrated when she gets her menstrual period.
The plan should contain one of the listed NANDA-I diagnoses. Please use your Mosby’s Guide to Nursing Diagnosis to help you write a complete plan. The plan should be written in the Nursing Diagnosis as 3-part nursing statement with the PES format:
