You will also need a more detailed agreement with the organization – the very general one is acceptable for the prospectus stage initial approval. There needs to be a service agreement that covers at least the elements found in the Sample Service Order Agreement located in the PAS project overview document (Appendix C). You will find the document at the link below.Needed elements include a scope of work, how you will interact with the organization, and the deliverables/outcomes you will provide the AGIF at the end of the study.
