Write a 500- to 825-word scholarly paper (2 to 3 pages, not including the title and reference pages) that contains the following:
- Introduction: Briefly identify the problem/issue and the reason you chose to address that problem/issue. Give an overview of your approach to addressing this safety-related issue.
- Measurable Safety Goals: Set a minimum of one short-term goal attainable in one month and one long-term goal attainable in no longer than six months.
- Interventions: Include at least three interventions for each goal with rationale supported by at least two articles using the NJ State Library search interface such as OVID, ProQuest, or EBSCOhost.
- Measurement of Goals: Include how you would measure your goals. What standards will you use to evaluate whether or not your interventions are effective?
- Barriers to Implementation and Success: Identify the barriers your organization will face when trying to reach the safety goals. What do you need to overcome to have your plan implemented?
- Conclusion: Summarize your plan in a concluding paragraph. [MO 2.3]
