The student will research and create a professional email using Microsoft
word processing software and criteria outlined in Module 8. Through
research and independent study, the student will gain a better
understanding and utilization of career planning strategies. By using the
guiding principles learned in-class, the student will develop a strong
understanding of what is required to fulfill an interview process. The student
will gain the necessary career preparatory skills to gain employment in
today’s foodservice environment.

? The email will be will be free of grammatical errors, spelling errors,
jargon, slang and make use of the correct professional terminology as
instructed in the course content.
