Prepare the complete user stories for the following:
Doctor’s Requirements
- Ability to look at any day to see the numbers and times of appointments for patients distribution
- Show by the bookings & openings
- Time frame (e.g. 9.00 a.m.)
- By patient (new/old)
- By treatment/ (Physical, follow up)
- Identify an interval of time when there are no bookings, and “reserve” that time for themselves.
- Identify a block of time where there are bookings, “designate” it as “not available” and notify the receptionist to reschedule the affected appointments.
- Generate a chart showing the no. of appointments/week, trending over the year.
- Generate a chart showing the number of no-shows/week, trending over the last quarter
- Generate a chart showing the no. of patients who had outstanding balances when they first applied for an appointment.
- Generate the billing/day over the next week.
