In this assignment, you will research further the topic of usability testing covered in this week’s first lecture. You have learned that there are various methods of usability testing, such as a heuristic evaluation of the interface and real-time usability testing, and that in all methods of usability testing, designers observe the interactions of users with the target product.

Using the Online Library or the Internet, research the methods of usability testing.

Based on your research and understanding of the different methods of usability testing, complete the following discussions:

• Define a case study that involves the design and development of a user interface. Your case study could be based on an actual product or service that exists on the market, or could be based on a hypothetical product or service that you conceptualized yourself. Now, discuss the usability method that you would select for your case study, and explain the rationale for your choice of method.
