3. Ability to present material in a clear and coherent manner, which demonstrates good
literature searching and referencing skills;
4. Ability to undertake, and log the hours spent, on a work-based learning placement.
Assessment
Assessment 001: Completion of a written portfolio on organisational theories and your
work-based learning placement provider and a reflective report based on successful
completion and experiences of the work-based learning placement. Testing LOs K1, K2, S1,
S2 and S3. 2500 words as a guideline.
Assessment 002: Completion of 50 hours’ placement hours to be signed off by the
placement provider. Testing LO S4.
