I am taking a business class. I need to create a 3-year business plan
for a primary health care practice. I have created the entire business
plan up until the financials. Here I need assistance with charts and
bodies for this area. I have attached the bottom information which needs
to be created in a word document.
Then in a separate document I need the charts in the pictures created and filled in.
All information must be accurate as if I wanted to go to a bank and get a loan to open my practice.

The professor wants me to update these charts reflecting 25
patients a month for the first year with increasing for the next two
years (1-3 years).
So over the course of three years it needs to start at 25
patients and go up from there.
Can you please edit these charts and correlating data in the body.
