Draft

Each student will develop an initial draft of their selected Case Study/Organizational Intervention, highlighting their approach, research and Intervention strategies to be implemented, developing a hypothesis regarding their findings and ultimately their conclusion. The initial draft is due this coming week 11/06/2021 at 11:59 PM CST. The final draft of the Case Study is due on the following week 10/13/2021 at 11:59 PM CST. The Case Study paper/draft/final draft should be APA Format and approximately 6-8 pages in length, not including the Abstract, required as part of the Final Case Study Draft. The use of sub headers to allow for easier reading & content location is encouraged i.e. Abstract, Introduction, Organizational Assessment, Hypothesis & Intervention Strategy Selected, Findings/Results, Conclusion, Discussion & Further Research Opportunities, and References.

In the Case Study Draft, the student will identify a particular professional organization, research and investigate its organizational operation, purpose, goals and strategic plan, leadership style, structure and size, norms and values, culture, climate and effectiveness using the theories, concepts, etc. covered in the course text, discussions, presentation notes, etc. The student will develop an initial draft of their selected Case Study/Organizational Intervention, highlighting their approach, research and Intervention strategies to be implemented, developing a hypothesis regarding their findings and ultimately their conclusion (Findings and Conclusion located in the Final Draft of Case Study.) Again, the focus of the effort should be on a proposed organizational development (OD) intervention strategy and assessment methodology used for the analysis of the organization selected.
