University of The Virgin Islands Public Policies Paper

Instruction: Each student will choose  two public policy issues and compare  and contrast  them for their impact on Business. You may choose any local or state enacted public policies. Students are expected to write a 5 page paper exclusive of cover pages and reference pages.

You must include the following:

1. What is the intent of the public policy (implicit and explicit)
2. What is the public agenda surrounding the Public Policy?
3. Is the policy appropriate or in appropriate?
4. What resources do the public policy provides?
5. Should this bill have being implemented?(Explain)
6. Does it address that Public Problem?
7. Have there been any amendments to the public policy?
8. What was the reason for the amendments?
9. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the public policy?
