Typical client request: “Dear OD consultant, I think my employees need some training in how to work together as a team. Will you send me a proposal on how you would deliver some team work training for my employees?”

Create a response to the client (just make up the client name), just imagine a client has sent you the request above (in green italic font) and the client is requesting you respond to their need for team work training. You decide if the client is internal or external.
