University of Sydney Project Reconstruct a Store Management Plan

Please complete the highlighted part of this outline. Especially WBS and stakeholder analysis. Familiar with MS Project is required.

the store(Taste & Wholesome Desserts) owner is our client. we contact suppliers for materials and we sign contract with contractor to get labor provided

so the labor contractor will provide labors and equipments to construction following the design we create

The following are some suggestions from team members.

So we will choose the suppliers and outsource the labor part

I think there should be project manager, construction manager, property owner (client), structural designer, technical consultant, material suppliers, labor contractor, labor => contribute to project activities Besides there will be the community and government as stated in your stakeholder analysis

These are the milestones in the project,there are more particular activities below them

I have made a list of activities we need to go through for our reconstruction project, which starts from collecting the customer’s requirements => design => sign contract =>choose suppliers and outsourcing labors => pay the suppliers & labor contractor =>implement the construction => inspect the final construction => close the project

There are about 50 activities which Ithink needed to be included in the WBS
