I’m stuck on a Psychology question and need an explanation.

Prepare a written brief summary of at least one business trend using the Wall Street Journal and credible resources, offering insights or examples. The trend must be related to Leadership.  A paper might include more than one article or trend. There may be a couple of articles that relate to the same trend or there may be two related trends. Be sure to include the source of the material, a brief summary of the article(s), what the trend(s) is and the important implications, for you, for your organization or for business in general, and a summary. The use of critical thinking skills is essential.  As an example you can write about the significant trends that will affect people at work over the next 30 years.
